What would be the bench duration for C1 band. Will there be severence package given to those who are being forced to resign/terminate based on the bench policy. Do you foresee any changes in this policy in near term? What’s the reality on the ground ?
On a seperate Note - I saw that Microsoft AI director was fired as part of layoffs. Don’t know whether we stand a chance if Wipro starts laying off resources
So there is severance payout then ? For two or three months depending on when you join the org
Bench period is 90 days , but salary you will get only first 45 days only , remaining 45 days is loss of pay. For end of bench period HR will ask to resign it and they will release immediately
Yes 45 day's pay. Another 45 day's lop. within this 90 days you need to get billable project otherwise hr will call and forcing you to resign
Can you explain the meaning of Lop, and after how many days of lop they will ask to resign ?
