Accenture's salary structure is a well-guarded secret, much like their questionable business practices. For Level 7, the average salary is around INR 30 lakhs. When you ascend to Level 6, expect a meager increase of 10-20%. We deserve better. Accenture needs to reevaluate its compensation policies.
