What's the average salary for a data engineer in your company?

I'm trying to get information on which companies to apply to based on compensation. Currently have 2 YOE, and would really like a high compensation role. Work-life balance is also important, but I realize that's rarely possible. Maybe this post can help out you as well for when you look for a change!
