What's TCS salary for Java Dev 3.6YOE lateral entry?

Tcs hr rejected my profile after clearing technical interview saying that my expected CTC 15 LPA is more than there company budget.

So can anyone pls ping or comment me the salary what they get as Java developer with 3-3.8 years experience lateral entry please.
