What's something you learned/discovered in 2024 that you are definitely bringing along in 2025?

I like being ambitious even if it comes at the price of leisure, outings with friends, peace. I can try to hit a WLB, but I don't think I feel too great doing 8:8:8 across work, life, and sleep
