Trending @Infosys; Whats role maturity time from SSE to TA if projects keeps changing(shrt duration project) and manager dont recommend it's been 3 yrs as SSE

Role maturity is not based on project duration. If you have spent 3 months each on 4 short project and 3 months on bench in your current role . Your role maturity is 1 year and 3 months.

What is your total YOE ?

I am too in same scenario 😞,this people wont give projects, even if we give our best in training we wont get project. They will make us to sit on bench for long time. They ll put us in less duration projects or they remove us in short duration from project. We wont have any to prove our strength., we wont get good rating due to that. We wont get hike due to that. Its been 4 years still i am in SSE. Manager not responding for promotion request mail.

Better learn something good and jump out.
