Good WLB includes good manager option too, because you can never have good WLB under a shitty manager.

Should have given multiple answers- work life balance is what you're earning money for, fulfillment makes you happy and motivated to earn that pay, without pay- your work life balance will suffer till it becomes enough, and you will end up losing fulfillment in the job that you do have.
