Folks! What's happening at Razorpay? Heard about silent layoffs ...is it true?

Lot of people got good hikes recently but many more didn’t get good increments. I haven’t heard of any silent layoffs in my peers. I expect founders to be upfront about something like this.

Doubt this, i have friends at razorpay who are on bench because of shutting of pod but still not laid off. I wish I could be that!
Issue at @razorpay all other folks do pitch in. All other people who have offer from Razorpay or joining Razorpay please check this and ask the team from HR is that team is profitable before joining .
The company did around 10-15% silent layoffs in the last cycle by putting people in PIP. My Manager told me that he has pressure on him to put at least 1 or 2 people in PIP, make them leave the company and reduce costs.
