Whats happening??

For past few months this layoff news has been going on and its really sickening to work here. I have upgraded my skills and started working in GenAI pilot projects. Still I get 30% QVA and no signs of good hike even next year. Literally I am pushed to leave this org and go out for better salary. Let me know if any other better options available. I got to know there is a separate unit for AI. How is hike and QVA in that unit?
