I can see a lot of getting placed, starting new positions posts on LinkedIn. Aprt from the obvious jpmc appraisals, is hiring starting to get normla? Also the orgs which did layoffs is hiring? And by hiring here I mean people actually starting there day1. I cant wrap my head around. Whats happening?

Among startups I only see companies which are progressing towards profitability are hiring , that too very selectively.
