What's flexi basket in HCL offer? It says I can take some or none of it. Any unclaimed amount gets paid at end of year

Yes, if you won't claim flexi amount then it will credit in your salary after the financial year closing and it will come under taxable income.. if you consume it via flexi then it will become tax free.!!

Once you in hcl, you can access flexi declaration portal. All you need to do is declared whole amount as taxable and it will start coming in your monthly salary. Otherwise if won't declare you have option to claim it as non taxable income and what so ever left, company will give you in year end.!
