Trending @Accenture; What's difference between headlock and soft lock in Accenture? And if I got soft lock mail should I be worried about it

Soft lock is like reserving the candidate and try to look for more candidates meanwhile. If soft lock is not converted to hard lock then soft lock gets auro released in 3 days. Also other project can challenge lock you if you are soft locked. You shouldn't be worried here.
