So, I joined in May, and my supervisor mentioned that my variable pay for November would be given as per 'default approach' i don't know what that means, can someone help me understand the percentage? CL 10 2.5 variable

Essentially means next to nothing. Most likely 14-15k types.

That's bad, what's the point of having so much variable pay be part of total CTC then 😅

Default percentage is like 1/3 of your overall variable depending upon your chargeability.
