Trending @Capgemini; What's avg salary for 5.5 yrs of experience?
Are there any chances CG revise salary for this exp to avg 12-15 lpa if emp already at very low package and doing good in project development. Anyone done this, pls share your exp.
Nahi hota bhai kuch revise wagere...they just screw employees financially..until and unless you resign no one will revise your salary..u will get only one thing...fake promises..and management speeches
Depends upon your role and if you are talking all 5.5 years experience in CG or joined CG with 5.5 years of experience
If all 5.5 yoe in CG and you are in support role
Expect around 5-8 lpa
If joined with that then could be around 8-12
If for any dev role you can expect around 7-10 lpa if all 5.5 yoe in cg
If joined here with 5.5 yoe in dev it could go anywhere around 8-15 lpa
