FMCG is so overcrowded ?. How do you publicize your product? You know it's unique, you know it's liked by all (whoever has tried it) but how to promote organic growth ?
The key question is how to promote it FAST ?
Any industry, any product or service. Something that you've seen happening in India.
I'll start with one : Fogg appealing to the mass market by marketing their value for money products (x number of sprays), literally beating axe out of market share in 3 years.
Pulse candy - zero marketing cost. Just made the product available in their existing distribution network
Cadbury - It made chocolate into a gifting product - gifting chocolates to girlfriend, replacing sweets with chocolate for Diwali gifting, etc
