What's a corporate habit you had at 23 that makes you cringe now?

I was thinking about my first year at work and ngl I want to dig a hole and hide When I was 23 I used to reply to emails at 2 AM just to show my manager I was dedicated. I genuinely thought working weekends without anyone asking would get me some fast track promotion.

Worse than that was the vocab. I used to unironically say bandwidth and circle back in casual cafeteria chats. I basically treated my boss like a school principal and thought HR actually cared about my career path.

Looking back it's just so embarrassing. I was sweating blood for a 5 LPA package.

What stupid stuff did you guys do when you started out?
