What you guys think that our pip will tell us termination? Or they will continue our service please comment on this, I'm hopeless now

Just to share some practical things: a) tcs pip is not decider of your career ... it's ok you got a pip. Be normal ... it a part of life. Think it that you were not cutout dor tcs way of life. Period. (You have survived and come all way till date along without cracking into any IIT. Has it stopped pursuing your dreams)
b) One cannot continue to receive Band A entire life... just like one cannot be a topper in every class one attends! There will be a time when you come second, third, or even last in a class full of Einstein, Neil bohr, etc etc.
So stop over thinking and keep your dreams high. Do not try to be with someone or in any org when the other person does not value you. leave it with grace ... do not spoil your health. Remember health is wealth. If you manage to keep well over the years and live long, you will.have a great career, even if you start late.

Thanks bro, it's much needed for me . I read this at the right time. I am in the same boat. Thanks for the hopeful words

Hey dont fret. But I do suggest start hunting for jobs. Shit here is very bad. There is high risk of getting kicked with the ongoing changes.
The top performers and talented people are not safe. The management is losing control and situation is bad.
Just focus on your well being and safety its better to jump ship if you get a chance dont hold up for too long.

Before this layoff and all nonsense PIP was only 4 to 5 calls with hr and managers feedback if you are working good they will good feedback and take him back .Now the situation is different so work accordingly and go to the office and do work as per them get out of it my view...Exam clearance I am not aware may be after this layoffs and all they might be started

95% chance you'll be asked to leave. Higher-ups are annoyed as people with A,B & C are asked to leave because of Deployable Policy & fluidity list. Its fair to these performers that Ds are asked to leave instead.
Humane suggestion: Start looking somewhere else, quote 1-2 months notice period.

Sailing in the same boat
