Kinda funny that consumers are largely preferring to have a human while companies are investing heavily in replacing their human interfaces with AI bots
Ai chatbot is only helpful when a user don't know how to navigate the app. In my experience I have only contacted customer care if the case is complicated, and these automated chatbot never solved that.
Yeah chatbots never solve any issue. Whenever I get into chatbot, I just repeat “agent plz” and I repeat that till they transfer me to a human customer care agent. Chatbots are just hyped up scam, every company just added it riding on hype!
Whoever solve the issue
Worst chat bots r with hdfc bank where they insist you to respond vocally and then always fail to correctly pick the response. Its the most frustrating experience ever. At least provide a fallback to written input, maybe? Nope you keep repeating 'yes' or credit card, 3-4 times until it fails and falls back to connecting you with human!!
99% that bot will end up saying , "I am sorry, I can't help you with that"
