What would you prefer

WFH is best if you want to save money for a major future expense.

WFO is best if you actually want to build your career.

Hybrid, is the worst.

CTC should have nothing to do with the work setting for roles where remote working is acceptable. CTC is something given to compensate the value employees add to the company. If the same value can be added from anywhere with a stable internet connection, CTC should not be a part of this discussion.

Hybrid is the worst. You still have to stay in the city near office. And the wfh day is taken lightly
