What would you do?
I was looking for a change and got a great offer from a large bank for a brand comms role. Great salary, joining bonus, loan benefits, wfh. etc. Told my boss, he matched everything without a blink of an eye. But, the firm is a little unstable. In loss since a couple of years, fundraise underway but no clarity yet. What should I (you would) do?
Your boss agreeing to it in a blink is kinda sus. They sure knew your value.
Unstability is throwing off the second one. How bad are situations at new company? What's unstable?
If u like ur current job and if it's helping u progress and learn in ur career, continue. Else, switch. And, be sure that u r switching to a stable company, as that is the key problem at ur current role.
