What would it take to get India to this level?

This post really caught me off guard. Can’t stop wondering if we could ever get to a place of such ownership and care for public infrastructure in India.

Not sure what you mean by halfway there. There’s so much litter still on the streets. Pan spit and dirt on the walls.

I acknowledge that sweeping the streets is done regularly and overall garbage disposal has improved in the last decade or so. But still ways to go on a cultural level.
