What would be the salary of someone who has been working at TCS for 11 years?
One of my colleagues has been working at TCS for the past 11 years. This is her first company, and she doesn't know coding or basic terminologies like API.
What would her salary be now?

She is Technical lead
Wow! Became Technical Lead (assuming C3A grade) in 11 years and joined as a fresher without even knowing coding or basic terminologies like API. Must be on very good terms with the higher management and knows how to communicate and bridge the gap b/w technically sound employees and the customers.
I know 2 people working at TCS for 17 years and still on 14LPA and 16LPA
Between 10 to 26 lakh
Oh I know of people here 11 years and having CTC of 9.5 LPA and same time people with 24+ LPA.
It totally depends on people, criticality project, their politics, etc etc.
Example my previous project myself and my senior Developer were paid more than the senior leader. Cause of the skill set.
So unless it is revealed and openly discussed it could be anything.
