Trending @Infosys; What would be the process of going on-site while working for a USA based client? Please clear me on the points below:
- What is the minimum job level I should have ? (Mine is JL3 currently)
- What is the minimum years of experience I should have ?
- If I'm a JL3 and got a chance to travel on-site is my payroll changes or not?

Defintely they are not sending Jl3. Nominations were requested for only JL4 and JL5. As far as on-site especially US is concerned . There are just too many factors which have to go your way. There is no hard and fast rules. If you are in the right project at the right time you can get called for an on-site opp. But before all of that you need an h1b visa which itself is luck based lottery once a year. To be eligible for the lottery you have to be one of the better performers in the team
