What would be the attrition rate in Q1 result announcement??
Hi Folks, After appraisal and delayed promotion cycle adding to that variable pay cut and RTO deduction.... what is expected attrition rate in coming quarterly result announcement? Do you think it will be going to increase this time??
If u haven't understood TCS strategy about attrition, le me throw some light...
No matter if the attrition is above certain point, TCS will always show manipulated numbers... Infact TCS group company employees them self call TCS people manipulative. It's like getting taste of owns shit🤣🤣
Attrition is good for departing employees Attrition is good for existing employees
If u think attrition is going to effect tcs ur r highly mistaken
They self want their employee count to reduce to 4 lakhs as compared to around 6
So they r extremely fine with people leaving
Rather they will be happy.
Oh.. Ultimately results and out and surprisingly attrition is down to 12%....so it means not much resignations in last quarter
