Trending @Accenture; What would be potential signs right now if nominated for PIP

Asking for friend - what would be sign right now in appraisal talks that he would get PIP? Is it compulsory bad feedback on workday ? No hints from PL or PMO about either hike or pip or anything at all. Just business as usual like nothing happening. Joining date same as mine 13 months in accenture campus hire.

In case you are L12, you shouldn’t worry.It is for L10/11 till L6.

He is L10 only bruh. All excellent feedback from PL, PM. But they showing no signs of apraisal talks🤣. Like it's not even happening.
