I have 11 YOE, on paper it's 78% hike but this is including everything so I am sceptical what to do here
Your in-hand salary might come around 1.5k per month and if you have been selected in C3B or above grade, then forget the Performance Bonus which is given on a quarterly basis.
Why is your basic salary so less that whatever the bouquet of benefit is???
