What work does HR's do in TCS
Whenever you want to ping any HR, they keep a status saying don't just ping hi/hello. Mention your query along with your details then only we respond as if they are the busiest species in this world.
Whenever you send any mail or your query they don't respond and take few days and atlast they say that you either need to reach out to your Supervisor for it, or unit head or the HRBP.
Supervisor says reach out to HR and HR says reach out to supervisor.
I think its best to leave the technical jobs and be HR at TCS.
Anyone knows the process for it?

It seems, hr is busy in handling multiple resignations happening on daily basis. After giving 1-2% hike to their employees
Very true I got no reply for my query even after 4 reminders. Support function always seems to override billable resources in these corporates.
