What will you do if you lose your job cz u aren't from cofounder's place?

Let's say your performance was really good, you delivered the tasks on time and all of them were approved, you talk nicely to people but you aren't a people-pleaser and not from the cofounder's place and hence your co-founders chose to fire you. What will you do?
