Just assume that today you reached a place where you have fck you money which means you can say fck you to any job or work without having to worry about money.
What will you do? What would you like to do? Be a teacher, travel the world, be a writer, help people, play & master a sport,etc?
I would most likely become a teacher, learn making a neopolitan pizza becoming pro at it & yes, travel the world & do treks.

Try out all the things I want to do which I'm not doing because the risk of failure is too high if I don't succeed
For example - Learn flying and get a pilot licence, train to be a Michelin chef under a world class chef, Hire the best guides and climb the 7 summits, visit the deepest point on the ocean in a sub - these are assuming I have billionaire level money.
If it's something like 10cr money - f u as far as a regular job goes but nothing crazy - then I'll buy a nice farmhouse, invest the rest and pick one fulltime hobby like cycling/ racing and go all out on it.
