What will happen in HR action, will they force me to join the same project again or put resignation???

Rmg force me to join a project and now after a month I am again trying to get release from the project, manager is saying that they will take HR action on me, but I really don't have interest on that project how can I handle that HR action, please Suggest 🙏

Hey, i understand your concern, it's simple actually go to Ultimatix, exciting opportunities, search the suitable one with matches your expectations, select atleast 6 of them, go to RMG, and then show them your profile fits perfectly for that and you are up for the interview.
Regarding HR, it's best not to provoke them, and just say RMG called me, if they insist who in RMG contacted you, just play dumb, not sure they said I have to report to RMG at so and so location.
