
What will happen in case if we miss to go to office 2-3 days without exception in tcs?
What will happen in case if we miss to go to office 2-3 days in a month when we are in notice period without any exception? Will it be a issue ? Will it effect our last working day?

I haven't gone from years only once or twice in the middle so as long as you have allocation and manager online you are good.. depends on the project and HR

I'm maintaining the wfo compliance till last quarter, in this quarter, in jan I went for 10 days and later that till date, I havent reported to office as Im ok for the deduction of qva.
But now in the recent mail, they mentioned ' if compliance is not maintained, it will impact QVA and others ' . Now I'm getting stressed, dont they fire based on this right?
I have 4 years of experience and am good with my client work.
Someone please tell, I'm regretting not reporting .
