What will happen if we go office to swipe in and after 7,8 hour again go to office to swipe out? Anyone did this ,any impact?

Are you tagged to project ? Does they consider odc working hours

I am allocated in project and yes min 7hours ,they are doing a lot of power bi analytics on this RTO every alternate week,they are taking 2office hours into account
