people need to be on positive side always !! you cannot assume things before .. just have a positive attitude , have a financial planning done chunk by chunk atleast 2 months backup .. !!??when you are working in service based line you need to be ready for everything .. nocompany will assure you that ypu will be secure forever …. it is your time and market hickups that decide everything now a days

Will they give 3 months salary ??

I think, you will not receive a salary in LOP not just variable pay. After 45 days, HR will give you 2 options:

1. Leave the company immediately with 3 months salary.
2. Extended bench for 90 days without any salary. In this case, you will be an employee of Wipro, but without salary. If you do not get a project within 90 days, you have to leave the company.

LOP, you won't receive variable pay.
