Trending @Infosys; What will happen if someone resign on bench... Still.they allow for 3 months notice period or they force to release early?

One of my frnds frm cognizant was released immediately who is on bench from last 8mnths....So u canbe released or reduce the notice period with discussion of ur manage and HR. if ur bench period is too long

Talk with BPHR, they will release you within 1 month

One of my friends got a notice period of 1 month as he was on bench.

I am on bench right now and thinking of finding a new job. I am considering my notice period to be 1-2 month only as I have read on many internet board related to infosys that you can negotiate with hr to reduce your notice period. But I have no idea if they do it themselves

Any answers ???
