What will happen If I resign after joining a project in a month ?

I have joined LTIMindtree on December 2024 . 4 months I was in bench so I started searching outside and attended interview. Two weeks before I joined a project and it is not at all technical and only process related work and my KT is going on past one week . Now I got offer from CTS with 30% hike and they are ok with 90 days notice . What will happen if I resign now . Kindly share your inputs if anyone faced this same. Thanks in advance .

Thanks bro but I'm feared of CTS bench policy. Already was in 4 months bench in LTI and landed up in a support project which is not 0.1% related to my skillset and that has no technical and only process work . Even though lti promised me while hiring it is for direct project hire but I was on bench. Now CTS is not direct project hire so I'll be in bench only initially.

Bhai nikal jao . This support project will going cost much more in ur career compared to switching within short span . U can very well say that in previous companies the work was not related so made a switch

They have matched you with CTS package in LTI itself?

Better to take the offer and leave. Plus you get 3 months, you can apply for more companies now.
