But I have some reason although I am managing 6 hours for 3 days and rest 2 days just go to swipe,will they still consider me for termination,also I am billable and got good rating last 2 times

You will soon /by end of quarter receive warning e-mails from HR tagging your Managers and then you have to sit at the assigned office for minimum 9hrs otherwise Appraisal will be impacted which ultimately becomes a reason of termination for many people.
