Trending @Accenture; What will happen if I don’t attend client calls in late evening?

I have started working in a new project where the client assigned me some data entry type work, maintaining traer etc. and they forwarded me slme meeting calls which are in late evening after 8 or 9 to 10:30 pm. What will happen if I don’t attend those calls becuase at the time of interview my manager had told me it will be standard time i.e. 10 to 7 and I will be required to work late evening only on some days bht here they are having late calls everyday as the client is in US.
