What will happen if I don't attend calls from TL at late night 11 PM? (my shift timing is 11.30am to 8.30pm)

It's not fair to call after shift hours, rarely means fine, but nthg can do, they can torture you by giving low rating and bands for sure.

Just tell them you sleep early and that's too late for you or some shit.

you will get into trouble. TLs expect you to be available when needed, regardless of shift timings. ignoring calls can be seen as unprofessional and may affect your performance reviews. better to answer and discuss the issue.
