Trending @Infosys; What will happen if I decline a project in Infosys?

Hi All, I am getting released from my current project and my manager has shared my profile with other managers in the same account. My current manager has threatened me that HR is tracking this and if I declined any project then there will be serious consequences. The thing is I don’t want to continue in the same account. Can someone please help me and tell me that what should be my course of action because other managers are reaching out to me from the same account. Thanks in advance

Before covid there is an option to reject for 3 times, but revised the policy during covid and you cannot reject any project without any proper reasons. Sometimes it may lead to termination.

Hi, as far as i know rejecting projects have only 3 possiblities. health issues, shifts or location. other than these, you can’t say any other reason.
