What will happen if....

If I am not going to ofc just because I don't want to work in that project...should they took any action on me(like HR escalation)...or they just released me from the project ..i hv 3+ yrs working exp in TCS.

They will try to get rid of you. RMG wont accept your release. Project will have to incure your cost on WON. they will escalate to HR. HR will mark your Unauthorized Absence in system resulting in LOP. Even after that if you dont report, your account access will be suspended. Show cause notice & warning letters will be issued, if unsatisfactory answers provided by you, you will receive a "love letter".
