Trending @Accenture; What will be your next steps if no promotion is given in June (assuming you didn't get a promotion last 2 years)

Wait for the December cycle
Resign and search for job
Get an offer letter and then resign

Check market condition. Job security in other companies is not good like Accenture. Accenture has many projects that's best thing. You will not be on bench for even a day. So not only pay, consider the current market situation also and decide.

Project Managers in Accenture are definitely delusional. Not on bench even for a day? Seriously? Countless people here are on bench for 6+ months.Have a reality check.

If you are skilled enough and your skillset is in demand. Only work like manual testing won't work out my friend. Upgrade or perish. 😀

Obviously anyone would want to resign, but for me interviews are not getting scheduled due to 90days. Its matter of luck if cts/tcs/infy roll out offers then only we can resign.
