What will be the USA on-site salary from tcs

Having 12+ years of experience overall, just looking for on-site opportunity, in case if I get it, how to negotiate salary.

You are being vague.

There are many factors here.

Starting from your CTC, spouse and kids, whether spouse is already working here, h4 cant work there.

H1 gets avg 80k in US. Maybe 90k. (Irrespective of your current grade and CTC in tcs india) . You have to talk to someone who lives in that city/state to get to know about expenses.

You may need to get a car depending on where you live.
