What will be the future of IT ?

I have been using cursor, chatgpt premium versions, and i feel it has boosted my capacity to build stuff atlest 2x faster, like i am able to push stuff in 2 days which i used to do in 5 to 6 days. I still do the lld,hld by myself , review and modify the code as per my need, sometimes i develop the complete feature on my own, so not talking about vibe coding. i am a bit concerned about what's next in this field, the hiring in my company is almost minimal especially for freshers, workloads have increased, people fearing layoff more and more, very hard to switch, too much comp out there What do you think will happen in the near future ?
