I agree with this comment. I have informed my total experience to my mgr and my manager hasn't responded yet. It never works automatically because.... It's TCS.

There are many ppl having 7+ years exp and getting peanuts salary not even the 7 lpa ctc, but working for there family, its totally a pure managers
