What will be rhe salary after 3 years for Digital hired candidates? I joined TCS in 2022 with 7lpa package and now my package in march 2023 is 7.78 so accordingly what will be my salary after 3 years?

They stopped hike for 1st anniversary starting from 2022. how did you get hike? I also joined in 2022 and didn’t get hike in 2023.🙂

My friend joined at 7.5 lpa in 2021 and his package is still at 7.8 lpa in 2023, so based on the band its been 3 yrs, for exp first one year no increment, coming to second year increment of 30k increased and 3rd yr yet to get to get increment you can imagine from above stats it will get increased to another 30k on the 7.8 lpa it comes around 8.1 lpa
