My project is about to end and only a week remaining. I've put my paper and now officially my np is 90 days. What if my manager put me on the bench after one week? Do they provide early release? Or can I negotiate with HR for the release?

Yes, since you will be on bench u can negotiate with HR and they will release you.

How much can they do? As low as 30 days or any idea? Also I wanted to ask that getting early released will be helpful or to get multiple offers I should stay 90 days? What would be your experience as I never switch the company.
