Given your CTC is 14L, 10% tds - 140,000 will be deducted, similar amount of PF/PPF(if availed) will be deducted, so assuming tcs doesn't deduct anything extra by means of insurance/esops etc you should get around 1-1.1L per month(pre-tax)
