Hello all, I've 3 years of experience in Model based system engineering & Requirement engineering. I'm trying to switch a company for better salary as I got struck with 5 lpa in my current company. How much I can expect hike for next company?
P.S I've completed Masters in Automotive specialisation and while quoting I'm giving a range of 16-18 LPA.
Your experience and insights matters me the most, kindly enlighten me with your knowledge and understanding.

16 to 18 lpa seems to be a fair amount to ask for

When I discuss with HR, at max I'm getting like 90% hike from 5lpa. Nothing more than that. Hr states that my current salary is less and they can't offer 16 lpa as it's not reasonable
