Can anyone say what would be the hike percentage if we get promoted from B2 to B3?? approximately how much could I expect?

Yeah B1 to B2 standard hike is 10%, but donno if it is same for B2 to B3 also

They have a standard 10% usually, but I dont know if something has changed now

The bracket for B2 to B3 is 10-15%, but most likely they will give 10%. Furthermore a 10% hike consists of a fix and variable (70-30). In general, u can expect 7% in hand raise...
