How/where should I check my rating?

Now a days in CG, Rating has nothing to do with the Hike. You might get DRY promotion with 2 Rating. And you may not get the letter itself with rating 1.

If you are fresher, you would get 55k for 2 rating, for 1, it would be 75k, for 3 it would be 35k

It’s depends on your project, u will get 12-13% of your LPA , 55k

I have seen people getting 2% hike with 2 ratings. I myself once got 11% hike with 3 ratings. There is no rule that you will get certain % of hike because you were rated high. CG doesn’t like consistency.
